Getting Started is EASY

  2. Sign up for our VIP Buyer Profile Service to begin receiving homes that match your criteria.
  3. Preview homes by driving by them and eliminate any homes that do not meet your criteria.
  4. Contact me to arrange a showing for any homes you are interested in viewing. I will schedule a showing date and time and meet you at the home(s) you are interested in viewing.
  5. Within 5 business days after the closing of your home, you will be mailed a rebate check for up to 1% of the sales price of the home you purchased.
