Foreclosure Home Trek will guide you to the "Best of the Best" Foreclosed Homes in Prince George’s County. With Foreclosure Home Trek you will see 6 - 10 “Best Foreclosure Buys” that are in perfect move-in condition with built-in equity or deeply discounted for an investment property.

If you see a home on the tour that you're interested in, you can place your offer immediately, or a second private showing can easily be scheduled for you (often later in the same day).

Cost!

Foreclosure Home Trek is an absolutly FREE event to SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY!  Unfortunately, if you currently have an Exclusive Buyers Agency Agreement with another Realtor® you will not be able to take this tour. The following forms are required to participate in the tour:

1. Tour Waiver Form - This is a disclaimer that we require of you if you want to come on the tour. This basically states that you ride the bus at your own risk and accept responsibility for your safety, knowing that some of these homes will be vacant, with long grass and no power on, etc etc.
2. Buyer Agency Disclosure - This is a State required disclosure that explains the different relationships that you can get into when working with a real estate agent. All licensed agents are required to provide you a copy of this disclosure and have you sign that you've received it before commencing with specific activities, such as showing you houses. This form does not make you our client, nor us your agents. There is no obligation here... it is merely a disclosure.

Forms will be available at the time of the tour, please plan on arriving on time to complete them. You will not be allowed to participate without these forms completed.

Financing!
